City of Dallas,

As our Prince has deemed me worthy to be her enforcer, I have deemed Mr. (John) Smith of Brujah to be worthy of taking up arms as my Deputy. You will show him the same respect you show me. If I am not available then you will report to him in all matters that demand the attention of our station. This is not a negotiation, and to do otherwise will demand a beatin'.

On other matters. If you are making efforts into the Hunters at Six Flags then you are to report ALL efforts ta me or Mr. Smith NO LATER den next court. Failure to do so will result in a demand for questioning. Da Prince wants this situation handled, and by God dis city is gonna respond in da affrimative.
