What are the rules for characters purchasing elder level disciplines. Is there anything hinky or is it just 8th generation and 12xp per.

There are multiple lvl 6 diciplines for each individual. How many can you buy?

Can we (like in tabletop) pay for level 6 multiple times to gain the multiple powers?

Yes, you can buy multiple lvl 6 dots, but they must be your clans. You can't buy something for another clan (just like any other clan specific discipline)

What if the Character has learnt that Out of Clan Discipline that has multiple lvl 6 dots, like Dominate?

The teacher must be a full set higher than the student. So the teacher would have to have Elder Dominate to teach someone out of clan Advanced Dominate. So unless there are Methuselah levels, nobody can teach anybody out of clan Elder levels. Even getting out of clan Advanced levels would be extremely hard to do.

It would be possible for someone to find a teacher for an out of clan discipline, but please understand that such a favor would NOT come easy AT ALL, nor would it be a cheap favor.

Also please keep in mind any restrictions for clan or allowed books.

Ex: Nosferatu will not be walking around with Gentle Rebuke due to that being found in the Brujah clan book.
